"Entering the store, you can feel the confidence of the owners and technicians/sales people. Parking and access to the store is very convenient. You won't have to wait .long, The service is impeccable. Some "local" folks paint their stores orange, move to Howard Street and then they vaporize as do so many Howard Street merchants. There is another merchant whose operation reminds me of the cast of an old John Waters movie (queens, freaks, cross-dressers, etc) With the Cyberguys, you'll find the "porridge" is just the way you like it. My first experience was excellent. I tried to buy "more stuff" than was needed. They talked me down from wasting my money. The service they performed was done perfectly, the price is good, and the tech was very helpful. The Cyberguys are the antithesis of the Best Buy clerks in Lutherville."
